APPROVAL TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT BETWEEN POSITIVE BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONS, INC. AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA DATED JULY 1, 2014
Description
The contract gives either party the right to terminate the contract, without cause, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. The notice to terminate was sent April 3, 2015.
Recommendation
That the School Board approve and ratify the notice of April 3, 2015, terminating the School Board's contract with Positive Behavior Intervention, Inc., dated July 1, 2014.
